Question: What cleaning products do you use?
At DRIFT, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your little ones by using only baby-safe cleaning products. Items that can be laundered are thoroughly washed, while other items are meticulously wiped clean with sanitizer or steam cleaned to ensure complete disinfection. We take great care to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, so you can have peace of mind during your Martha’s Vineyard vacation.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your order no less than 24 hours before your intended delivery date.
- Partial Refund: Orders canceled within 24 hours of the delivery date will only receive a 50% refund on the order total.
- Early Returns: Please note that refunds will not be given for early returns.

Question: How does your delivery and pick-up service work?
We aim to make the delivery and pick-up process as convenient as possible for our customers. Here's how it works:
Delivery:
- We provide delivery to all island towns, seven days a week.
- A delivery fee of $20 is only applied to same-day orders.
- Delivery times are between 12:00pm and 6:00 pm.
- You do not need to be present for delivery. Our drivers will leave items in an accessible area at your specified delivery location.
Pick-Up:
- Pick-up times are also between 9:00am and 12:00pm
- You do not need to be present for pick-up. Please leave items in an accessible area at your specified pick-up location for our drivers to collect.

Question: What happens if childcare equipment is returned with excessive soiling?
We take pride in providing clean and well-maintained childcare equipment for our customers. However, if equipment is returned with excessive soiling, a fee will be applied starting at $20. Excessive soiling includes, but is not limited to:
- Food and drink stains
- Melted candy or gum
- Ink stains
- Bodily fluids
- Stickers
- Other difficult-to-remove substances
We kindly ask our customers to treat the equipment with care and to ensure that it is returned in a clean and usable condition. If you have any questions about our excessive soiling fee or need clarification on what constitutes excessive soiling, please don't hesitate to contact us.
